Instructions
Combine the apple cider, vodka, amaretto, simple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
2 ounces Apple Cider,
2 ounces Vodka,
1 ounce Amaretto Liqueur,
1 ounce Simple Syrup,
½ ounce Lemon Juice,
½ teaspoon Cinnamon,
Ice Cubes
Shake for 30 seconds or until chilled.
Pour the martini into two chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with fresh apple slices and enjoy!

MAKE AHEAD:
Prepare this cocktail ahead of time and store it in a mason jar in the refrigerator until you're ready to drink.
VARIATIONS:
Replace plain vodka with caramel vodka
Use maple syrup for sweetener instead of simple syrup
Replace the ground cinnamon with apple pie spice
