Combine espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a cocktail shaker.
3 ounces Espresso, 2 ounces Vodka, 2 ounces Coffee Liqueur, 2 ounces Heavy Cream, 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree, 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup, ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice, Ice Cubes
Add ice and shake until frothy.
Strain into two chilled serving glasses. Garnish as desired.

MAKE AHEAD: Transfer the prepared cocktail to a sealed mason jar or other container with a tight fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Give the chilled cocktail a shake before serving and pour into chilled glasses. GARNISH SUGGESTIONS:
