Place your serving glasses in the fridge or freezer to chill while making your cocktail.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the cocktail ingredients to the shaker and shake for about one minute.
Ice Cubes, 3 ½ ounces Pineapple Juice, 2 ½ ounces Vanilla Vodka, 1 ½ ounces Passion Fruit Pulp or Juice, 1 ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur
Taste your cocktail and make any necessary adjustments. If you prefer it less sweet, you can add a dash of lime juice. Or alternatively, if you prefer a sweeter cocktail you can add a dash of simple syrup.
Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glasses and garnish as desired. Serve the large shots of chilled Prosecco or Champagne on the side. Enjoy immediately.

Notes
If you don't have vanilla vodka, you can substitute it with plain vodka and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
If you can't get your hands on any passionfruit liqueur, you can substitute it with passionfruit gin or passionfruit vodka.
