Combine the frozen banana, yogurt, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a high speed blender. Process until smooth.
1 Frozen Banana, 5.3 ounces Yogurt, ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree, ½ Cup Milk, 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract, ½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Check the consistency. If you like it thinner add more milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Divide into two serving glasses and enjoy!
